We accept return or exchange of items purchased from our online store for up to 10 days after delivery date.
+ For item(s) purchased from our retail partner, kindly contact the store you purchased from and request for the return or exchange based on their policies.
+ We reserve the rights to refuse returns shipped without prior authorization, and to thoroughly inspect any returned item before deciding on an appropriate action.
+ The customer will bear the shipping costs incurred to return the item. In the event of a defective item, the return shipping will be borne by MANDY WU.
+ Returns processed within 10 days from delivery date will be accepted for refund. Please note that shipping charges, duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
+ Any returns processed after 10 days from delivery date will be for store credit only.
+ The item to be returned or exchanged must be new and unused, with all MANDY WU tags and/or labels intact.
+ Package must be shipped within 5 business days of approval and with a tracking number, or the shipment will be refused and returned to the customer.
+ Please note that all exchanges are subjected to availability of stocks.
+ All custom and sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
+ For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of earrings unless they are defective.
TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
+ Email us at email@example.com with your name, item description, and order number.
+ We will provide you an unique Return Authorization Number, and details of our shipping address.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
+ Place item in its original MANDY WU packaging.
+ Pack into a sturdy cardboard box with adequate padding to minimise shifting during transit.
+ Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
+ Seal the parcel completely and securely.
+ Ensure the Return Authorization Number provided is visibly written or labeled on the exterior of the parcel.
