We will repair any manufacturing fault free of charge within 90 days from date of purchase.
+ Manufacturing faults do not include general wear and tear, damage due to negligence or mis-use of the jewelry, gemstones that have been chipped or broken, plating that has tarnished or worn off, or broken chains.
+ For item that was purchased beyond the warranty period, a repair fee will be charged.
+ The warranty does not apply to sale items.
+ All repairs must have be approved prior to return shipment of the item.
+ Package must be shipped within 5 business days of approval and with a tracking number.
+ All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
+ Repairs will take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
+ We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
TO REQUEST A REPAIR
+ Email us at email@example.com with your name, item description, photos of the damage, and order number.
+ For item(s) purchased from our retail partner, please provide proof of purchase in place of the order number.
+ If we are able to repair your piece, we will provide you an unique Return Authorization Number and details of our shipping address.
+ For chargeable repairs, we will assess the damage and inform you the estimated cost before proceeding with the repair.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
+ Place item in its original MANDY WU packaging.
+ Pack into a sturdy cardboard box with adequate padding to minimise shifting during transit.
+ We will not be held responsible for new damages caused by negligence.
+ Seal the parcel completely and securely.
+ Ensure the Return Authorization Number provided is visibly written or labeled on the exterior of the parcel.
