DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

All orders are despatched from Singapore. For express delivery, a contact number will be required and the package will need to be signed for in person. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

In-stock orders are despatched within 4 working days. An order placed on a public holiday or on weekends will only be processed the next business day. If an item is on pre-order, information on the shipping period will be stated on the product page. Most pre-orders are despatched in 4-6 weeks.

 

Standard Delivery

We offer free standard delivery for all local orders. Your order will be delivered using SingPost SmartPac, and you will be notified of the tracking number after the package has been despatched. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the package will be left in your letterbox.

Express Delivery

When you select express domestic delivery, your parcel will be delivered by courier. You will be notified of the tracking number after the package has been despatched. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery will be left at your doorstep.

LOST ITEMS

If an item does not arrive, please contact us within 5 days from confirmation of despatch. We will do our best to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim. Please note that we are not liable for loss of item(s) in any of the following situations:

- the item is seized by government agencies
- the loss occurs after delivery has been confirmed
- the loss is a result of event(s) beyond our reasonable control
