Ordering
All prices stated on this website are in EURO. Payment methods include as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and all the major credit cards through Paypal. The currency conversion to US dollars and Yen are only estimations. Please note that we cannot allow changes to an order once it has been submitted over the website.
Packaging
All items come in a complimentary MW logo gift box or jewelry pouch.
Shipping
We ship to more than 50 countries through registered airmail. By registering your package, we’ll be able to track it. As our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow 5-7 business days for order to be prepared and shipped (although we always try to ship out your order as soon as possible). Shipping will take up to 6 to 12 business days to reach your destination. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order has been shipped.

By special order
Some of our designs are only available by special order. For these designs, it may take 30 to 60 days to ship, although we’ll always try to ship earlier than promised.
Out of stock
As we keep a low inventory of certain materials, sometimes a particular design can go temporarily out of stock. If you would like a piece that is currently out of stock, please email us.
