MANDYWU.COM wants you to be thrilled with your purchase, and provides its customers 15 days from receipt to return or exchange an item. All purchases from MANDYWU.COM must be returned unworn in their original condition with the tags attached. MANDYWU.COM will exchange it or credit your Paypal account used for the original purchase.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us. We will then email you a return/exchange form. Kindly fill up this form, enclose it with the item and your original receipt when shipping the item back to us. Please note that when returning the item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend the use of a padded envelope or a box. Also it’ll be best if you insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. MANDYWU.COM does not accept COD deliveries so packages must be returned pre-paid.
